Approach Opening View

I have been using approach for many years, but have recently encountered a new problem with one of my Approach files. When starting it, the view opens in Design view. I seem to recall that at one time I had a menu option to set the default view which an apr file would open in, but I cannot find it.
I've noticed that my menu doesn't have a Tools option, which is probably where preferences
Can anyone please advise me how to set-up my apr so that it opens with my preferred form in browse view?

Thank you.

RE: Approach Opening View

Switch to View where you want to have the file opened, switch to Browse mode and press Ctrl-S. Close Approach file and re-open to see that your problem is solved.
