when the user of ext number 100 call 100 from (ext 100) his number it give him ring not intersected tone how can i solve this problem i need when any one call him self PBX give him intersected tone .

i enable Reserve last CA but it still ring on itself

Could be voicemail enabled. Call forward on busy enabled.
