Hi All,

New to these forums and hope someone can point me in the right direction... Im having some really odd issues with incoming calls from external callers. I see the following:
"Cause=1, Unallocated (unassigned) number" (full trace below). I think I have fully ruled out firewall issues, but would appreciate any thoughts and comments.

I know it is going to be something really simple, I just can't work out what I am missing, thanks in advance!




Setup

Network Setup
Internet / ISP --> CPE(Fibre to Ethernet converter) --> Firewall (192.168.1.1) --> Switch --> IPO500 (192.168.1.8)

Firewall ports 5060 TCP and 10,000->20,000 UDP (as specified by VoIP Provider) forwards WAN --> 192.168.1.8


IPO500v2 Setup
IPO Version 9.1.8.0
SIP Trunk is Line 17
- I have set up two entries on SIP URI, one for outbound, one for inbound. (See attachment)


Incoming Call Route 17
- Destination 305RingAll

SIP Trunk is showing registered in System Status and I can ALWAYS make outbound calls.


My WAN IP = 213.213.213.213 (not real IP)
CLI = 443300000000 (not real CLI)
VoIP Provider IP = 109.169.31.147 (VoIP Yonder)

I had a typo in the Incoming Call Route... :/
