Music On Hold

(OP)
Hi guys,
I have an Avaya IPO and I was playing around with it’s settings the other day but I accidentally deleted the default hold music file.
I really liked that melody and I’m wondering if anyone could share a link to where I can download the MoH file-NOT a YouTube link since YouTube videos aren’t encoded to sound 100% correct on a PBX. I’m looking for the MoH file in 8khz mono format either WAV or GSM.
Btw-I’ve already contacted Avaya support about this but they were no help (told me to contact my IT department🤪)
Please share the Avaya default hold music file straight from a PBX.
Thanks

RE: Music On Hold

It is a Mozart piano thing. Just open the page and download. It is already in the right format. Just copy it to the Primary folder.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*
