IPOCC 10.1.x grace period for R9+ licenses
IPOCC 10.1.x grace period for R9+ licenses
(OP)
Hello all,
we have a situation with one of our call centers where the licenses were not updated to R10 after the upgrade from IPOCC 9.1.6 to 10.1.2.1.
It's a small IPOCC with a voice channal, no e-mails or chat.
The documentation says that there's a grace period of 30 days, but 45 days have passed and the call center still works without any issues (for now).
Is there any indicator of the grace period, a countdown or a warning, after the upgrade has been made, or will the call center just stop working after a while?
Is there any more information about the licenses (not just: they have to be updated), what changed, etc.?
Thanks in advance.

RE: IPOCC 10.1.x grace period for R9+ licenses
Even tho IPOCC changed from 9 to 10, CIE which it's built on is still on version 3.
If you look in the license file you will see that IPOCC 9.x has Version set to 3 and IPOCC 10 has Version set to 4, but there is no version 4 of CIE.
