Somehow a password was entered in our content advisor system in internet explorer 5.0. Since the password was entered, the computer will not let me do anything on the internet since the content of everything is as it says "unknown." How do I fix the problem? I have tried un-installing the software, upgrading to version 6.0, deleting all passwords etc. Nothing works.
