RDLC Remote Printing Cutting Off Columns On Right Side Of Report

(OP)
During this work from home stretch, I have encountered an issue with RDLC reports.
There are a few of us remotely signing on to a company server and running a VB.net program.
When most of us print the RDLC reports locally they print just fine.
One user has a laptop with a smaller screen (14 inch I think).
When this user prints the reports they are cutting off the some of the columns on the right side of the report.
Most of these reports are landscape.
I've done some searching on the internet and it seems like it might be related to the different screen resolutions of the monitor on the server compared to the laptop resolution.
Some of the search results suggest changing the manifest and some other changes.
I have all of the forms set to auto scale mode of DPI.
FYI: It's a a Xerox C405 printer.
has anybody encountered this, have any suggestions as to how to fix this, or exactly what the cause is?

In the Print Dialog, you need to specify something like, scale to fit.

OK, I will look into that.
But why does it appear that the monitor resolution make the report go wacky?
