Softphones Problems again NS700

Softphones Problems again NS700

Softphones Problems again NS700

(OP)
Hi

Have about 12 Panasonic softphones in operation sometimes working very intermittent echoing etc.

I have been experimenting with paralleling their mobile phones with the extension so when they are working remotely their softphone rings and also the mobile, the benefit of twinning both as they can see the caller id on the softphone and take the call on the mobile.

I have it working if you call their direct dial (mobile lic installed) softphone rings and the mobile at the same time

Cannot get to work in the incoming call group

Any ideas or any other way of doing this setup

Michael

RE: Softphones Problems again NS700

You need a mobile license to have it working in a group

Is the mobile licence NSE101 that I need .

Maybe I didn't have a enough of them on the system

RE: Softphones Problems again NS700

If you have mobile license on the system you have to assign it as mobile extension in option 9 under extension to work in a group
