Direct Voice Calls not working on 6905

Direct Voice Calls not working on 6905

Hi Gents,

MiVB 9.1 (
6905 Firmware

Have you tried Direct Voice Calls to 6905?. Not working for me. When I call from another set to the 6905 it says Not Allowed.

The 6905 has the same COS as for a 6940 which successfully accepts Direct Voice Calls.

Feature-phone Matrix says Directed Voice Calls is supported on all 69 series phones.

Any comments before I raise a ticket to the support guys?

RE: Direct Voice Calls not working on 6905

from online help

•The Direct Voice Call feature is not supported on 6905 and 6910 IP Phones.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

RE: Direct Voice Calls not working on 6905

Thank you Billz66,I had not noticed that, I went straight to the Feature Matrix which says it is supported on all 69 sets.
