Upgrade IPOCCR from 9.1 to 10.1

Upgrade IPOCCR from 9.1 to 10.1

(OP)
Hi all,
I have a question hopefully someone can help me.
We have IPOCCR 9.1 and upgrading to 10.1. The IPOCCR 9.1 is on a physical server and we are replacing that server with a VM. I have installed IPOCCR 10.1 on the VM but I notice that I can't restore the database from the 9.1.

My question is do I need to installed 9.1 on the VM and restore the database and upgrade to 10.0 then 10.1
or is there some database migration tool that I can use to convert the database to 10.1

Thanks in advance

RE: Upgrade IPOCCR from 9.1 to 10.1

You need to install 9.1 on the VM and then do an upgrade to 10.1, follow the upgrade instructions in the release notes.

The VM must have the same hostname as the old server, IPOCC only supports changing the IP address.
