Hello Guys

Is there a way to forward calls to external number without logging the user o the phone? i have a ip500

only works if the phone is logged.

There is an option for Mobile Twinning to work when the user is logged out.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Forwarding should work regardless user is logged in or out.
Open Manager go to user, select forwarding tab and forward all calls to the desired destination.

Forwarding only works if first i logged the user and then i can logoff, but if after i save something else
it stops working.

Do you have multiple FWD codes in the user source number tab? Try to delete them then apply the forwarding from the forwarding tab again.

When its stops working, you open the manager and find the forwarding still enabled on the user or it goes away?

Yes I had other FWD numbers, I already updated only the desired number.
This code : *DCP 40000000,0,1,1,0 appears , should I delete it?

when stops working in the manager still appears enabled the fwd function.

You don’t need to delete that.
Do you have duplicated ext or 2 users use the same ext?
Does it go to voicemail instead when calling the user?
Is it not workIng Form internal and external calls?

You may need to Run a monitor trace and paste it here.
