Hello,
I have a client with a nortel call pilot 100 that needs to open the
general mb remotely from home. any ideas are welcome!

RE: nortel cp 100

No idea's here, just the facts lol

Dial in and wait for a greeting be it AA or Mailbox then do:
**YYYXXXX#
YYY = Mailbox number
XXXX= Password

General Delivery mailbox is 10, 100 or 1000 depending on the DN length of the system
But sometimes the GD might be disabled and the mailbox will be the same number as the receptions DN such as 21, 221, 221

How do I find what extension the general MB is on?

Al

RE: nortel cp 100

Go into mailbox 100 in administration programming to find out.
See "Callpilot Setup & Operation Guide" on how to create/change/delete mailbox's.
