auto attendant pickup time

Hi All.

I want to have the night service Custom Service pick up after 3 rings.

Going to System -> Timers and Counters -> IRNA I have set this to 15 seconds, but the auto attendant night service still picks up after 6 rings.

I then went to UM Configuration ->UM Extension / Trunk Service -> Service Group -> Night Service Delayed answer timer and set it at 15 seconds. Still picked up after 6 rings.

Am I missing a timer somewhere, or does the system need a reboot?

RE: auto attendant pickup time

do you use automatic time service, what is the um set to?

RE: auto attendant pickup time

If you have incoming calls ringing at (lest say group 601) go to group overflow
and set it to go to the VM pilot number and set the time to 20 sec.

RE: auto attendant pickup time

Sorry for the delay getting back.

Lineman, that was the issue. You are getting a start.
