Release 3.8
In addition to bug fixes and user-interface improvements, the following new features are provided with
the 3.8 release:
• On-Premise messaging for IP Office (with one-X Portal)
• Single-Sign-On for IP Office (On-Premise version 11.1)
• Centralized Call Logs for IP Office (On-Premise version 11.1)
• Call Redirection (forward, mobile twinning) and Hunt Group Enable for IP Office (On-Premise
version 11.1)
• Desktop Call Control Support for Avaya Headsets (USB) (On-Premise version 11.1)

According to the SP2 release notes, 11.0.4 Service Pack 3 is currently scheduled for release on the 27th.

I don't know when 11.1 will be released, but do I understand correctly that we'll be able to use one-x XMPP server for messaging instead of zang?
