The main line to customers office goes straight to an AA. Once there, caller dials 1 for sales. From there, extension 225 rings 3 times, if no answer, calls forward to a sales group that I set up, extension 475. Issue is, when I dial in, press 1, and the call rings, it forwards for 1 ring, then a message of "the person you are trying to call is unavailable." Checked everything and there are no conflicts. I did notice that the phones in the group say "number->H221. I have no idea what H221 is. Any suggestions?
