We have an Avaya Server Edition release 11 and SIP trunks with 9608G Telephones. When and incoming DID call is answered by a user and the call exceeds 25 minutes it automatically drops. We can make outbound calls from the same phone but for more than 25 minutes and the call does not drop. If the incoming call is answered from Equinox it does not drop. Any assistance will be appreciated.
