We have a client that we maintain and its a Cisco Unified 500 IP phone system. We normally do not work on this type of system but we are helping out the client. The time on the phones is 1 hour behind and we want to fix this for them. There was a process we found to enter some info thru the phone this did not work. Any help would be appreciated. I feel we may need to log in to system with laptop.
