Hi

We have moved an IPOCC server from an IP500 to a Server Edition.
The SIP and TAPI are connected but IPOCC is rejecrting calls and the below is in th TTrace CHAP:=

Y1257a 16:23:39.953 CHAP_SIP_FrameworkError [0x00003700] SIGADAP: EndSession() failed. LMERROR_INVALIDLINENUMBER User=sip:6000@10.185.44.30 sessionId=1022 Error Line Manager Error: Invalid line number..

Call going to IVR?

In that case try killing the IVR.exe process and wait for it to start.

Thanks for the reply

It seems during the upgrade from 9.1 to 10.1.2.3 the Topic numbers in IPO CHAP access had disappeared.
We re-added and restarted the Watchdog, and back in business
