XTS with AT&T IP Flex

We have a customer with an XTS that recently changed from AT&T PRIs to AT&T IP Flex PRIs. They have 3 PRIs and are having issues with random calls having no audio. I have not been able to duplicate the issue but from what the receptionist has told me it seems to be happening on all three PRIs. I’m not sure if anyone has come across this before or not. We are opening a ticket with AT&T to see if they can find anything but I’m not getting my hopes up with that.
The issue only seems to be with incoming calls. We haven’t had anyone say they have had an issue when calling out.
