CUCM 10.5 Drops SIP Calls on Hold At 5 minutes

CUCM 10.5 Drops SIP Calls on Hold At 5 minutes

Just found out that when a call over our SIP trunk gets put on hold, it drops at 5 minutes if not picked up before then.
It does not happen with calls from our PRI, they can sit on hold all day.
Any suggestions on how to get SIP calls to remain on hold for whatever amount of time ?

It is caused due to a config mismatch between your CUBE and Provider. Youll have to work with them on it.
