After upgrading from 11.0.4.1, I can make our 500v2 crash on demand just by making two or three calls in quick succession to the same phone number over SIP using a J179 phone. Seems to be fine from 96xx series H323 phones.

Sysmon shows just before the crash: PRN: .FATAL TLB Data Load Error address=37343278 d=5 pc=f0bbb514 f0bbb4d8 f0c013a0 f0c33484 f0262364 f0334640 IP 500 V2 11.0.4.2.0 build 56

Anyone else?

Experiencing the similar issues.

Can make our gateway crash by just calling into a group which has phones on the server edition and the chasis.

EDIT: Seems to be before any calls. We just made a new group with 1 phone from the primary and 1 from the gateway. Saved with merge. Crashes the gateway but not the primary.

Me too!

Our way to crash it seems to be have a group with users on both the Primary and the Gateway (Analog handsets etc). It will instantly crash as soon as you add a non-Primary user to the group.

You should raise a ticket at Avaya Support with attached crash logs.
