Can I have an app using C#?

(OP)
Hello! We want to create a mobile app for our patients in the hospital, that would notify them about their treatment, medicine to be taken, etc. The app should be supported by iOS and Android and as far as we have understood, we need not only mobile development here, but also .NET/C# developers. We wanna outsource the project. Can anybody help?

RE: Can I have an app using C#?

Hi! Actually, that doesn't seem to be a hard project, however, I don't know all the functionality that you're going to implement in youк app. I can't say that there's a better choice than .NET in your case, PHP, Java and Python would also be fine.
Here's a couple of companies which provide Microsoft .NET development services:

Good luck!
