Partner Messaging delayed delivery

Partner Messaging delayed delivery

(OP)
Customer has a 509 R7 processor and a Partner Messaging R6 4 port voicemail. One user, maybe more, complains of delayed delivery of voicemail messages. Messages waiting lamp lights up hours after the message is left. Never heard of this problem on this specific system before. I've tried a system reset to see if that clears it. Any other ideas, system operates normally otherwise.

RE: Partner Messaging delayed delivery

Check to make sure that there are no incorrect ports assigned to Hunt Group #7...or that no ports have been accidentally removed from it.smile

RE: Partner Messaging delayed delivery

This is a common problem in the Legend System when there are not enough Links (or a bad one) In the Partner System, the links are referred to as "Registers" and they have the same responsibility (Handling analog duties-"Mode codes") certain Circuit packs, have "registers". If you dont have a "Bad Register" than you just need to add another card to enhance your registers, 200-module.
