Hello guys,

I have a problem with the password of the system, nobody knows what is the actual password, I tried the default password but i cannot get thru in system, so anybody can help me what is the procedure how to set the password to the default.

Your reply is really appreciated.

Serial cable into the RS232 port in the front using 9600 8N1

If you know the username use this command:

ResetLoginPassword "username" [RETURN]

Or use:

ResetAllLoginPasswords [RETURN]

Will reset passwords to 'password'

Thank you very much for kind reply but do i need another software to use the com1 port of my PC computer to used RS-232 for resetting all password of the system?

use a straight db9 male to DB9 female and putty in serial mode 9600 N81
