Can you login to voice mail from a telephone set. Need to change a few mailbox passwords and add a mailbox or two.
If so, do u use default passwords?

Yes you can

If nobody has changed the default values then yes.

Norstar that you are used to is just the log details but on the BCM 50/450 you need to use "setnna" as the user and config password.

Also that would be "Feature 983" for VM system admin, not "Feature 981" for mailbox login.

Posting system passwords is not permitted on forums.

You can click on a users name which may help in viewing their skillet as well.
