I got some problem with DTMF suddenly stop working from no where on a costumers IP500 v2 8.0 with PRI/ISDN.
I have tried to reach out to the operator and waiting for answer if they have made some changes.
I tried to restart the switchboard. But the problem is not solved. When I monitor a call I see that the switchboard receive the digits I put in but do not transfer them. And the settings seems right.
The problem just occurred from nowhere.
