Hi everyone, I am new to Cisco and new to SIP trunking after 20 years of working on Avaya. I am looking for suggestions on best practice procedures to monitor our SIP trunk environment.

Say that your inbound and outbound stop working, what would be some good steps to take before you call your service provider? I assume monitoring your cube and CUCM.... but what might be the best practice advise?
