I have a BCM 50 R2 with analog trunks from Verizon. Volume on incoming calls for the Auto Attendant is very low no matter what we try. Is there a patch to fix that?

RE: BCM 50 R2 low AA volume

What patches exist on the BCM 50?.

Can you try with an ATA port back into trunk port then intercom ATA to see if same or not?

You know what, we figured out they were doing the recording remotely from home using the admin mailbox. We're going to re-record from the office. Some people!

RE: BCM 50 R2 low AA volume

It's good for emergencies but maybe if they just speak louder it might work.
