I have four lists of employee initials, with each list assigned it's own color. When I type any initials that exist in one of the four list I would like the newly typed initials font color to be the same as the color of the list it exist in. I would like the ability to change initials in the lists without it affecting formulas or conditional formatting or whatever mode is used to achieve the result. Employees are occasionally moved from one list to another depending on group assignments. Is this possible and if so can you point me in the right direction.
