Having issues getting the Desktop application for Infinity One to connect to metro-tel server. I am however able to access it via through the web interface using the soft phone with no issues.
Usually, this is caused by an incorrect configuration of the server to which the application should connect. Check the Desktop App Settings (under the File menu) if the URL is correct.
I've had this exact symptom when I installed infinityone on a test ip scheme then switched the ucx to the customer's ip scheme. The infinity one config file doesnt reconfigure properly. Emetrotel support has to change the config file to get it fixed.
