Initializing FR Error (30): Fail in starting Statement Designer

(OP)
Help needed!

2 clients have recently received the above error when ever they try to start Statement Designer. When you try running Print Financial Statements the clients receive the error Initalizing FR Error (3):Fail in starting Print Financial Statements.

On clicking OK on the error - we then get Runtime error '91' Object variable or With Block variable not set.

Excel 2016 32 bit is installed on the clients.

Thank you in anticipation

Reinhard
