hi guys!
does anyone of you configure B179 Conference Phone on Primary Server with Expansion?

We registered the B179 on the primary but they cant make a call but when we registered the B179 on Expansion it was running smoothly incoming and outgoing.

RE: B179 Config in IPO Primary with expansion

Sounds like you may have a user rights issue. Does the user have user rights configured? Do they match on both the Pri and the Exp?

Do all your handsets register to the Primary?

What does it show in SSA or Sysmon when you try to make a call?

we'll get back to you lackey, just want to give you a few details.

All extensions is configured in Primary except for the Conference phone which having hard time to make an outbound call and place temporarily in expansion.

All of the H323 Phones and J139Phones can make an outbound call with authcode

All of our ARS and authcode is programmed in Expansion

The ARS defined in Primary is ?/./dial/99997 <- Line to Expansion

The shortcode used in Primary is 9N/./50:Main
