UC360 Teleworker Mode

UC360 Teleworker Mode

(OP)
I have a customer that needs to connect a UC360 via MBG / teleworker in one of their remote offices.

Can someone assist on how to get this done?

RE: UC360 Teleworker Mode

Create your UC360 on the MiVB as normal with a sip password in the user and devices profile.

On the MBG, under 'Service Configuration' and 'SIP Users' click the '+' button to add a new SIP teleworker device.

Under the ICP-Side username and password enter the extension number and SIP PIN created on the MiVB.

Under the Set-side username and password enter a Set-side username - something like 'conf_phone_xxxx' and a proper password - use a password generating site like https://passwordsgenerator.net

Then on the UC360 itself, point it to the public IP address of the teleworker and use the Set-side username and Set-side password to authenticate with the MBG. The MBG will then pass that on to the MiVB using the ICP-Side details you entered.
