Let me first start with the fact I am a complete noob when it comes to these systems and I am only just starting to feel my way around.

Ok so I have a IPECS UCP100 ISDN soon to be Sip

We are currently joining all our external sites to the same system across a Sophos Red 15 and UTM setup

I have 41XX extensions at head office and 31XX at one remote site

How do I add further ones for the other sites? say 51XX and 61XX

appreciate any help you can provide

RE: extentions

Look at Networking Data - Network Numbering Plan, If you look at the Overview, you'll see how the 31xx site is configured.
To add additional sites use next available index and add require network information.

RE: extentions

is this n one system or are there multiple ucps involved ?

ie a ucp at each site .

or do you have one ucp at a main site with all the phones connecting to that system ?
