Avaya 54xx noise cancelling handset

Avaya 54xx noise cancelling handset

I am looking for a noise cancelling handset for an Avaya 54xx telephone. I have never even seen mention of one anywhere.
It will be used in a loud manufacturing plant (with horrible acoustics) to summon assistance to a machine location.

Another question I have.
I have looked into having one custom made. I need to know what type of mic the handset has: Carbon-equivalent, Electret, Dynamic

RE: Avaya 54xx noise cancelling handset

I have never seen one. Usually we use analog phones for that application as they are easy to get.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*
*(Disclaimer for all advise given)--'Version Dependent'

RE: Avaya 54xx noise cancelling handset

That was the next option - or some sort of booth/enclosure.

I found a place to have one custom built. I'll have it Monday.
Thanks for the response!
