Hi

We have problem about polycom trio 8800 connect ip office every well ,but when using ipoffice authcode , the trio 8800 will only show calling screen , and cannot show soft keypad that key in authization .

Now the polycom is using firmware 5.9 and ip office is rel 10.1.2.

How can I made the polycom show the soft keypad for key in password

Well thats chiefly a Trio problem, but if you can't find a way to the dial pad during calls then you may need to use some "Set Account Code" short codes. That allows you to define the account code to use for the next call before making the call

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
