Hello everyone,
A client asked me to enable them to divert their deskphone and DDI to their mobile/cell phone. Simple!? The GDK is in Extended programming so I am using a * for the feature codes. The GDK is using X.5 sw and has 8 x pri channels. Another user currently has their DDI diverted to a system speed dial in Prog 05 DDI table and this works fine for a permanent solution. This new user just wants to trigger it from their extensikon phone.

Here is what I have done
Added the mobile/cell phone number (no prefix 9) in to System Speed Dial bin location 201 - Pressing "Speed" and dialling 201 rings the external number and proves the number is stored correctly.
At the User's extension we have set up a call forward by lifting handset and dialling *54*201 I get a confirmation tone and broken dial tone.
A DDI call doesn't follow the off net call forward. It rings on the phone as normal!

What am I not doing correctly?
I'm sure I have done this many times before, but it has been a while due to the age of these systems.
I would appreciate any advice or comments.
Regards
Mark

Hi Martin,
Thanks for your response.
I'm not on site at the moment but have a GDK34i set up on test here at our office.
Dialling 541 on a display phone gives me and Unconditional to Sta or Pilot option in the display whereas 54* says "Sta Off Net Enter CO number/Spd Bin location or something like that.

regards
Mark
