Issues upgrading Expansion unit

Issues upgrading Expansion unit

Hey guys,

I am having issues upgrading our expansion system. I am running Server Edition and I have 2 analog extensions on an expansion system.
I was finally able to update Server Edition to 11.0. When I try to run the update on the expansion system, I get the following error.
"Upgrade failed: Failing at task "Pull upgrade', step 'Pulling files'."

I had no issues updating it to 10.0. Went through just fine, but now that I'm update to 11 I get that error.

Any idea's what it can be?

Thanks for the help!

RE: Issues upgrading Expansion unit

I would verify the .bin file is there. If it is, do a DTE firmware wipe. It will either fix it or brick it, but it is already broke, so it is worth a try.

Sorry for replying late budbyrd.

Can I take the SD Card and recreate it using my laptop?
Do you think it will have issues with communication with the server again?

Thanks for the help!

RE: Issues upgrading Expansion unit

Yes you can.
you want to make sure that the config.cfg is still there after the recreation

Thanks for the help Westi.
I found a thread and enabled Program Code within the security settings and updated the system via Manager.

Again, thanks for the help!
