Has Avaya shutdown KRS?

Has Avaya shutdown KRS?

Has Avaya shutdown KRS?

For the past 3 days Avaya KRS has not been accessible by a number of vendor I checked with here in Canada.
We currently have a BCM down (for 3 days now!) and cannot migrate licences!

Does anybody know what is happening?

RE: Has Avaya shutdown KRS?

Latest was some still had access but were restricted to what they could do.

You have to get a hold of a vendor whom does not need KRS
I am here in Canada too.

RE: Has Avaya shutdown KRS?

Thanks Curlycord, I will forward this to our vendor, they will get in touch when needed.

RE: Has Avaya shutdown KRS?

I was assuming your current vendor cannot help you therefore you need to get in touch yourself.

RE: Has Avaya shutdown KRS?

Our current vendor is having problems accessing Avaya KRS to do what needs to be done,
will get in touch if your services are needed.

Thanks again

RE: Has Avaya shutdown KRS?

Avaya has shut down the BCM side of KRS as the system isn't supported anymore.
