I've been using the WP plugin Blockonomics to receive bitcoin payments from my site.
Now it's showing this error:
Bitcoin wallet error 408

After some research, it turns out the error is caused by a bug that drops the database connection which happens if your server is too slow or overwhelmed by traffic.
Why does the error report show my username and password?

When I logged in to my Coinbase wallet, all my bitcoins were gone.
Other users have also reported this problem using these wallets:
Bitgo (bitgo.co)
Mycelium (mycelium.com)
Market Coin Exchange (mcxchange.co)
