Call Logger Recommendations

Call Logger Recommendations

(OP)
Morning All,

Slightly off topic but was wondering what people are using for Call Accounting?
We have been using CTI / Enghouse Proteus Enterprise but are looking to move away.

Solution would need to be compatible with Openscape 4000 V7 and CUCM 11.5
As well as logging, fraud alerting is a big thing for us.

Looking for On-Premise solutions. Cloud solutions are problematic (GDPR etc).

Thanks.

RE: Call Logger Recommendations

Tiger are good but not cheap. I know someone who swapped their cheaper call logger for Tiger, they said Tiger alerted them to fraudulent calls that their old logger never did, and they were saving money. They were very happy with it.

No I don't work for Tiger.

RE: Call Logger Recommendations

I am using Impact Technologies Traffic Analyst, which is like "Big Brother" and can do a lot more than just call accounting, such as tell me % of trunk capacity used, and if someone calls and tells me we are fax bombing them I can key the number into a report and find out who's doing it, etc. It grabs the CDR info every 15 minutes, you can create recurring reports and have them sent to people, keep track of your number allocation, etc. It ties right in to the 4K through the import/export utility if I remember correctly, and if you have a contract the company is really excellent in helping you find ways to report what you need or solve problems.

If you are talking about actually recording calls I have used Digital Loggers, Inc (DLI) for that and have had good results as needed.
