Does anyone know if I can overwrite the default Group Announcements when queing a call? Or do I just have to create new ones in VMPro. I setup one, but I cannot remember, nor can I find documentation that shows how to program different announcements. I can insert the custom announcement by using the Generic Action for the first announcement. But how to I customize the next announcement that plays in the group. Also the music doesn't seem to want to play in between.

RE: changing the default group announcements.

queued and still queued, under the user start points. make sure announcements and second announcement is enabled for the group.
