Hello everyone, I'm new here.

I would like to support myself with you since I have a problem with an automatic operator, since this is not heard when dialing from the PSTN, you only hear a vacuum and then transfer to a previously configured extension.

The problem is that I already check the configuration and the announcement of the operator is still not heard. This happens to me with version 11.0. compilation 849. Help please! Thank you!

RE: Auto attendant in IP Office R11

Better to post in the IP Office group. Can you test it with a short code instead of the PSTN?
Mike

In fact, if you can with a short code, I already marked it from an ext and from there you can hear it, but for the pstn no.
