Avaya Media Manager cannot see recording from user self Admin

Avaya Media Manager cannot see recording from user self Admin

(OP)
Hello,

I have IPO and application server for VMPRO
I start media manager and working fine.
The problem that i cannot give users access to listen and download recorded message at all.

RE: Avaya Media Manager cannot see recording from user self Admin

Probably because you've forgotten that Avaya's version of good design and user experience isn't the same as anyone elses.

  • Log into the application server web manager.
  • Click on the chess piece icon top-right and select Preferences.
  • In IP Office IP Address, enter the IP address of the IP500 V2
  • Click Update.

And yes, the users will need to use the self-admin address of the application server for the message playback. Its 100% a clunky design but it does work eventually.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
