Search text by font size in Acrobat Pro?

I have a huge document that consists of a list of items, their names in a large font size and their descriptions in a small size. I want to extract just the names; is there a way to search for all text in, say, size 18 font?

RE: Search text by font size in Acrobat Pro?

If this is in a table format, you can freely use Tabula to extract to CSV/Excel.

Otherwise, depending in the structure of the PDF, you could export to Word format to clean up. Microsoft Word has a function called "Select All Text with Similar Formatting". Use that to select the smaller descriptive text and hit delete, leaving the items names.
