Toshiba IP Edge Messaging Help

I'm not real familiar with the Toshiba IPedge Messaging system. We inherited this system as there are no other dealers in the area. I can usually find my way around a phone and voice mail system but this is proving to be difficult.
Currently the calls ring in via a SIP trunk to a multiple call group. They want to change it so it routes to a greeting and then have it play options where they can choose an option 1 or 2 to route to two different Multiple call groups or if it times out to either play the greeting again or default to option 1.

The Department - properties Auto Attendant conversion table does not allow for anything other than Dir Assistance, Application, Repeat or route to a mailbox. Pretty useless.

I could route it to a custom mailbox but then it just dumps into that mailbox and it leaves a message if the caller doesn't press an option, which is not what I want either.

I'd love to hear ideas from anyone. I'm at a loss.

I just looked at one of our working systems. We have option 4 in the Department Settings conversion table set to transfer callers to extension 4000, which is a Multiple Call Group. We have a mailbox 4000 because we use it as a mailbox if the group does not answer the call.

We just put 4000 in the field next to digit "4" and it works. The drag down on the version running at this site also has a "Trans to Ext" setting which I believe would do the same thing without the need to use a mailbox which is subject to licensing.

Maybe this system has older software. I can't put in a multiple call group number. It removes it when I hit save.
