We have ACM 6.0.1 with Call Center Elite. We have a half dozen multi-tiered ACD groups (split based). I would like to convert them to EAS groups (skill based). Can I convert them one by one, or do I need to convert them all at the same time? That is, can I have several ACD groups, but have just one group using EAS?
