Hello everyone,
have a nice day!
I am Engineer of Cisco switches,routers and Cisco call manger.
I am new in avaya technology, i know little bit basic thing of avaya config and hardware specification.
Customer requirement is :
Avaya Digital Station : 30 (1408/1416)
Avaya Analog phone : 10
Avaya Ip phone : 50
Avaya Ip Office 500v2
customer have 4 analog trunk lines
So, i request to all if any know which type of licence,modules and where i connect the ip phone please help me !!
if any have config idea how to config these thing so please give me pdf file

You will need IP500v2 together with power cord and SD-Card, Combo/ATM twice, Phone8 and Digital Station 30 (or DS16 and DS8). You will also need Essential Edition and 50 IP Endpoint licenses. If you like to have Voicemial Pro instead of embedded Voicemail you also need preferred edition license.

we have ip office ip500v2 in our network. currently that voice network is running in default vlan (1). we now planning to move that to some other vlan i.e say 10. how can we introduce this vlan into that avaya ip office ip500v2
