Need to create QoS for SNMP and Radius traffic on Cisco 4948 Switches

Trying to create a QoS setup on my 2 Cisco 4948 switch across a point to point connection which is used for off site back. Link is really being utilized a lot by all this data being copied over the link. This is causing my SNMP monitor and radius to switch traffic to be slow and unresponsive. I would like to setup QoS on these two device to priorities traffic to SNMP and Radius. Anything anyone can start me off with would be great. Thanks
