dear
i am facing a problem more than two calls cannot transfer, untill and unless disconnect any one of the transferd call.we have 8 analog trunk.

RE: avaya ip office 500v2 more than two incoming calls not able transfer

How are you transferring the calls. The IP Office deliberately limits the number of analog trunk calls it will allow in a conference to 2.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

RE: avaya ip office 500v2 more than two incoming calls not able transfer

Sounds like you need more call appearance buttons. You can't transfer a call if all your appearance buttons are busy.

RE: avaya ip office 500v2 more than two incoming calls not able transfer

And make sure you enable reserve last CA so you always have a call appearance key free to make the transfer

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

RE: avaya ip office 500v2 more than two incoming calls not able transfer

don't transfer 3 calls to one phone set. No one wants to juggle three calls.
